House of Assembly candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Hon. Victor Bello has unveiled a six-point legislative agenda for Kabba-Bunu state constituency.
In a statement signed by Victor,the six-point agenda is binding contract between him and Kabba-Bunu constituents if elected into the Kogi State House of Assembly in 2019.
The SDP candidate identified the need to restore educational system back to its glorious days as a top priority for his representation if elected.
“I am presenting a six-point agenda for the good people of Kabba-Bunu state constituency. This is my pact with the people and I am committed to fulfiling each part of the agenda in the overall interest of Kabba-Bunu.
“One, I will work with all stakeholders in academia to introduce and pass a bill that will bring out educational system back to its glorious days.
“My second agenda is the introduction and passing of bills to support mechanized farming and industrial, micro credit facilities to boost small scale enterprises in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
“Thirdly, I will embark on a robust youth and women-empowerment scheme through social and educational programs
“My fourth agenda is to work with like minded people, irrespective of their political affiliations, to combat thuggery and give our youths means of developing self in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
“I pledge to draft and sponsor a bill to propose social welfare bills for women,widows and the aged.
“Finally, I make an oath that constituency allowances will be meant for “what it is meant for”, CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT.
“My words are my bounds on these outlined six-point agenda. I will subject myself to period evaluation on any of these through constituency town hall meetings in the course of my representation, if elected,” he said.
Victor Bello graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 2005, worked briefly as the Principal Partner of RAVIC Global Abuja, a real estate company before relocating to Dallas USA where he currently manages the sister company, RAVIC Realtors, Dallas.
