The Mobile Telephone Network (MTN) have been called upon to honour its obligations to the Kogi state government and subscribers to allow for a harmonious transactional relationship between all parties and stakeholders.
MASREAL Media, a media consultantancy outfit, made the call during a press briefing in Lokoja, the state capital.
Executive Director of the firm, Amb. Ahmed Suleiman MAS, maintained that the need for the service provider, MTN, to honour its obligations to all stakeholders cannot be over emphasized, adding that since the millions subscribers keep on patronizing the network without complaints despite the incessant tariff hikes, MTN should make efforts to keep to their own side of the bargain always.
He equally tasked the network provider to do everything humanly possible to negotiate with the government in order to settle the fracas and restore service provision as soon as possible.
