It is my deepest joy to register my wish in your heart especially today that heaven top up your age.
But my assignment today is not limited to birthday celebration but to also point to you reason why our dear local government need a skillful leadership and ask you some critical question concerning our community.
Hon once a leader is a leader and I think your experience should guide this young man, Hon. Ohiare who is saddled with responsibility to manage the welfare of the people of Okehi LG.
John C. Mather said: “A mentor enables a person to achieve. A hero shows what achievement looks like.” Today in our society nobody want to mentor anyone to succeed without getting a cut and this kind of mentality is hurting costing our society without measure.
I am a student of history and I have record of all the leaders in our LG, their deed, strength, power and weakness. Hon, in a season like this where the young leader are going astray it is expected of the older to call them to order but where that is not done one will be press to say… “birth of the same feather flock together until i am prove wrong….happy birthday”
How do you feel despite your closeness to power when you walk pass our schools?
How do you feel as an ex Chairman of Okehi LG when you drive pass our street road not to talk of the one that link our dear local government secretariat?… Happy reason season
How do you feel when you see massive wealth acquire by a man who was nothing suddenly become somebody and tools for oppression in the society?… Happy New You
How do you feel when our parent could no longer afford to pay their children school fees yet their leaders are living large?… happy birthday

Leadership is not about a title or a designation, it is not about thuggery, it is not about threaten. It’s about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work and the people you represented, and you have to inspire team-mates and and your supporter…happy birthday
I am charging you Hon to re-registered your passion for the people of Okehi LG by calling those in helm of power to do the right thing as one of the voice in our our local government.
Hon, I am not critical, I am not too hard but i can’t just allow people taking the rest of us for granted just because they have been given opportunity to serve. i am the most wanted citizen in Okehi Lg by the leader who suppose provide security for the citizen and his supporters who have nothing to offer him than making more enemy and lead him astray. Not because I steal public fund, either have I taken anybody goods, or taken anybody wife…just because of my asking question, demanding for good governance and transparency.
Your birthday is plus and a call for responsibility in land and beyond Okehi local government… “remember, Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions”….happy birthday.
