Whereas respect has become a scarce commodity in modern Igala land due to abysmal irresponsibility and carelessness of those deserving respects, Hon Rabiu Is lucky to obviously be one of the few people who are still respected without recourse to the value of his pocket and giving might. Hence majority of those who think to be highly respected in kogi state today are been treated thus because of their financial status and a little slack is all the need to be shown the reality of their reputation.

His little spell at the Kogi State House of assembly has been so far greeted with many unprecedented gestures never experienced in the area from physical development to a reputable and impressive image and perceptions.
In terms of development, the young workaholic and boisterous honorable has out written the list of legacies and development embarked by his predecessors. He further more reintroduced people oriented stewardship vis-a-vis an all inclusive approach to the utilization of resources meant for the utilization of the good people of Ojoku/Enjema. In complementing the power given to his constituents; a regular weekend routine was adopted and this did not only change the impression of close observers but threw into wondering other law makers who find it difficult to spend time with their constituents.
While a significant number of kogi state house of assembly members have become weekend airline and club house customers in search of relaxation and comfort, my very own honorable has established a reverse as it has become customary for him to mingle with and give feed back to the people he is representing. Interestingly, this unconscious attitude has not only greeted the attention of many but also prompted several corporate organizations, student coalitions and ethno-cultural associations to identify with him.
In the light of the foregoing, Hon Rabiu Mommoh Alfa has credibly bagged several awards and recognition in the form of solidarity from but not limited to the national organ of Igala Students Association, Old Enjema Divisional Development Association(which comprises of four our of the eight wards in Ankpa 2 constituency), Ankpa Student Union at different campuses within and outside the state and most recently the publishers of leadership magazine as the best serving law maker from the Kogi east.
History the say will only remember people by the legacies they leave behind and it is therefore worty to note here that Hon Rabiu Is already writing his name on the good page of history. Therefore, policy makers and those charged with public trust should keenly emulate his good works in order that the world will be improved on how can be best habitable for all of us.
