The G-60 Support Group under the All Progressives Congress (APC) has applauded the re-appointment of Alhaji Hadi Ametuo as the Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Governor of Kogi State.
In a statement signed by the head of the group, Comrade Dayo Onibiyo, the appointee was described as best-fit for the office, stating that he has demonstrated what it takes to keep the office alive, resourceful and productive to the state, the party and the good the people of Kogi State.
The group observed that Ametuo’s roles in harmonizing the political interests and factors despite the tensed situations singled him out.
They wished him well as he continues from where he has stopped.
The statement went further to recall his effective mobilization of Kogi Foundation Team (KOFOT) for technical inputs.
“Alhaji Hadi, a one time party Chairman, is advised to ensure that Government is reminded of those who played key/ vital roles in midwifing turning points in the election that eventually led to the party’s victory, particularly the support groups who did all these at their own expenses and risks, without government funding.
“Know that every man that worked deserves to be recognized and patronized by the Government,” the statement said.
