Governorship candidate of Action Alliance, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, has promised to develop the local movie industry in Kogi state.

Dissecting his plans for Kogi state in an exclusive chat with Kogi Reports, Braimoh promised to empower the people of the state by building a film village.

He promised to give equal opportunities to the abundant talents in the state to develop their skills and trade.

Braimoh commended artistes in Igawood and Ebiwood who have been churning out movies in Igala and Ebira languages over the years and assured that of support.

“These are part of our plans for human capital development.

“All our entertainers will have equal opportunities to enable them have access to local and international markets.

“We will support all our traditional festivals, promote them internationally and attract people to our state.

“We have to create an enabling environment for our people to make money,” he said.

Braimoh reiterated that his assignment is to create and distribute wealth in Kogi state.
