The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Civil Service and Labour Matters, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi has expressed gratitude to God for sparing his life and members of his family.
Fire, on Thursday afternoon, gutted the Abuja residence of Adeyemi located at Mimi Street, Off Quarry Road, Arab Contractor road.
Speaking with our reporter, the Governor’s adviser said the fire incident destroyed almost all properties in the apartment.
Adeyemi told our reporter that the cause of the inferno is still unknown.
“I thank God almighty for sparing the lives of members of my family, although we lost almost all, we are grateful to God for his hands of safety over us.
“I thank very many Nigerians that have visited, called, prayed and encouraged us at the trying moment,” he said.
