The umbrella body of the old students of the prestigious Federal Government College Ugwolawo is set to honour the honorable member representing Ankpa 2 constituency at the Kogi state house of assembly, Hon Alhaji Alfa Momoh Rabiu.
The epoch event which aims at identifying and recognising alumnus of the citadel whom have performed creditably in their various fields of endeavour shall also honour a director of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Hajiya Salamatu Baiwa Umar-Eluma, Hon, Friday Ali of Ofu state constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly and a host of others.
In a letter to the honorable member, the alumni quoted thus… “we identified your selfless contributions to the growth of Federal Government College Ugwolawo Old Students Association, consequently, it has become necessary to honour your philanthropy and hard work”, further noting that the award is a wake up call for the alumnus to be committed to the cause of FGCUOSA.
Further details reveal the reunion event shall take place by 18:00 CAT at the hill top hotel, Lokoja, Kogi state capital.
