Afolabi Abiodun has called on his side to respond to their 2-0 loss against Sokoto United when they face Wikki Tourists on Wednesday afternoon in the round of 32 of the Federation Cup.

Sokoto United put two past Yahaya Bello Boys before their home fans and Afolabi believes that the clash with Wikki Tourists gives his team the opportunity to put things right.

“This game is the best way of putting the Sokoto United defeat behind us and focus on returning to winning ways,” Afolabi told Goal.

“We are determined to change the recent run of results and perform to the best of our capability. This game will give us a good chance to turn things around.”

The Federation Cup fixture will take place at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium on Wednesday.
