Kogi United Football Club, on Wednesday evening, defeated Lobi Stars 8-7 on penalties to advance in the 2026 Federation Cup Round of 64.
The match at Area 3 Football Pitch, FCT Abuja, ended goalless after 90 minutes and remained tied after 30 minutes of extra time.
Kogi United held their nerve in the shootout to knock out the Nigeria Premier Football League side and book a place in the Round of 32.
