The recent victory of former Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Dr John Fayemi Kayode as Ekiti State Governor-elect has been described as a practical demonstration of acceptance of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the country.
This was contained in a congratulatory message issued by a foremost aspirant for Kogi Central district, Mallam Haruna Yusuf.
Mallam Yusuf who said he never lost sleep about the victory of his party in Ekiti State, noted that the era of petty politics, abuse, wanton waste of state treasury and thuggery is gone, urging the people to get set for positive wave of change that would be introduced by Dr John Fayemi Kayode.
The aspirant further congratulated Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for supporting the quest to reclaim Ekiti State and the National Chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole describing them as game changers with Midas touch.
He concluded that despite desperate moves by the opposition to subvert the will of the electorate through mudslinging, drama and fabrications, the enlightened people of Ekiti State demanded for Dr John Fayemi Kayode by their overwhelming support.
