Ex-Works Commissioner Appreciates Gov Bello as Kogi Govt Dissolves Cabinet

During a handing over ceremony on Monday at the Kogi State Ministry of Works Lokoja, the former Commissioner for Works and Housing, Hon. Samson Bako expressed his gratitude to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for considering him worthy to serve under his administration in the capacity of a commissioner.

Bako who also appreciated the staff and management of the Ministry for their maximum cooperation during his stay in office, described the cordiality as invaluable and memorable.

He noted that Gov Yahaya Adoza Bello remains a unique leader who has lifted many destinies from their dunghill to an enviable position in the society.

“I can not appreciate the Governor, His Excellency Alh. Dr Yahaya Adoza Bello CON enough for considering me worthy to serve in his cabinet as a Commissioner and he remains a unique leader who has lifted many destinies from their dunghill to an enviable position in the society,” he said.

Bako, who handed over to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Engr Emmanuel Audu, urged him to remain committed to the infrastructural responsibilities of the State as such the only way the good work of Gov Bello could be sustained.

Responding, Engr Audu eulogized the former Commissioner for his humility and exceptional administration acumen and wished him well in the next phase of his life.
