Hon Abdullahi Abdulganiyu, the Coordinator of the White Lion Family and Buhari Solidarity Movement Kogi chapter, has reaffirmed their support for President Muhamadu Buhari, Gov. Yahaya Bello and all APC candidates in the fourthcoming general elections.
Abdulganiyu gave the assurance when some members of the group from Ankpa Local Government Area paid him a courtesy visit in Lokoja on Monday.
He thanked the group for their solidarity visit and urge them to work hard at the grassroot in their LGA to to support APC- led Government by President Buhari and Gov. Bello.
According to him, the members of the group which cut across the state have been engaging in grassroot mobilisation and canvassing for votes for President Buhari, Gov. Bello and all APC candidates at all levels.
He stressed that the group was committed and determined to work hard and ensure that President Buhari was re-elected to consolidate on his great achievements so far.
Abdulganiyu also congratulated His Excellency, Gov. Yahaya Bello, for the celebration of his third year annivassary in office, saying that the governor had performed beyond people’s expectation.
The coordinator also felicitated with the entire cabinet members of Kogi State Government, especially the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief Edward Onoja, for his support for the movement and for always making the governor proud.
He prayed that the Almighty Allah will grant the governor strength and health as he continued to steer the affairs of the people of Kogi State to a greater height.
Abdulganiyu further commended the governor for empowering Kogi youths with various skills acquisition programmes, promising that the youth will reciprocate the gesture by voting maasively for APC in the general elections.
“We appreciate the governor for his efforts in ensuring safety of lives and property across the state and for being the man of the people since his assumption in office 3 years ago.
“I have been supporting GYB’s government and have more than 3 million followers on social media such as facebook, twitter, whatsapp and others.
“I was an APC aspirant for House of Represented, Yagba Federal Consituency, but stepped down willingly so that we could work together for total victory in general elections,” Abdulganiyu said.
Abdulganiyu reassured the governor of his commitment and loyalty to the new direction government, and promised to perform effectively in any assigned duty especially at LGA level.
Abdulganiyu added: “I appreciate all my people who are supporting me and those that have been agitating for me to be the chairman, Yagba East LGA. May God be with you all”.
Earlier, the group leader from Ankpa, Abdul Yakubu, commended the coordinator for the great job he has been doing as the leader of White Lion Family and Buhari Solidarity Movement in Kogi.
Yakubu, on behalf of the members, reassured the coordinator of their commitment as a group to ensure the re-election of President Buhari and Gov. Bello.
