Eid-el-Kabir: Federal Revenue Commissioner Urge Muslims to Emulate Prophet Ibrahim’s Faith, Commends Gov Ododo’s Leadership Style

A former member of House of Representatives who represented Okene/Ogori-Magongo federal constituency, Hon AbdulAzeez Idris King, has felicitated with the Muslim community in Kogi State as they celebrate Eid ul Adha.

In a statement released at his Okene country home, the member of Federal Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Commission (RMFAC) urged Muslims to remember the noble example of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and strive to emulate his unwavering faith and dedication.

“As we celebrate this special day, let us remember the sacrifices of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his willingness to surrender to the will of Allah. May his example inspire us to greater heights of faith, obedience, and selflessness,” Hon Idris King said.

The federal revenue Commissioner also urged Muslims to reflect on the importance of the celebration noting that the Prophet’s willingness to sacrifice his son was a testament to his commitment to the well-being of future generations.

He commended the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Usman Ododo for his commitment to the development of the state and the well-being of its citizens, and urged Muslims to support the government’s efforts to promote peaceful and progressive Kogi State.

Hon Idris King wished the Muslim community a joyous Eid ul Adha, and prayed for peace, prosperity, and progress in the state.
