Eid-el Fitri: Friday Alih Re-assures Ofu Constituents of Dividends of Democracy

The member representing Ofu constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly, Dr. Friday Alih today, sent his goodwill message to his constituency as they mark this year eid -el-fitri celebration.
He reiterated his commitment to deliver dividends of democracy to the people’s aimed at adding values to lives.
The representative seized this opportunity and urged Ofu Muslim brothers and sisters to make personal discipline a way of life in the spirit of eid -el -fitri celebrations.
The lawmaker urged Muslims and Nigerians to make piety and self discipline which underpinned the Holy month of Ramadan part of their daily living, rather than being a seasonal affairs.
“I am persuaded that there is no better times to commit ourselves to personal discipline than now, especially given the current economic and political realities. We must gird our lions, fasten our belt and be more introspective in our private and public life. This must not be a seasonal affairs but a ways to of life going forward,” he said.
He urged the people to remain resolute and committed and continue praying for him as he is always ready to take the constituency to an enviable height.
