The Baale of Amuro Land, Chief Eric Fiki, has extended warm Eid-el-Fitri greetings to Muslims in Kogi State, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, and the people of Nigeria, calling for sustenance of virtues of Ramadan beyond the holy month.

In his sallah message on Friday in Lokoja, Chief Fiki expressed gratitude to Almighty God for the gift of Ramadan.

The Amuro Baale called on Muslims and citizens to continue to pray for the peace and prosperity of Kogi State and Nigeria, and for the guidance and wisdom of Governor Ododo and President Bola Tinubu as they lead the state and nation towards a brighter future.

The Baale of Amuro kingdom prayed for God’s grant of peace, safety, economic prosperity, and victory over threats to national security.

“May God grant our State and Nigeria as a whole great peace, safety, and economic prosperity, as well as victory over every threat to our national security.”

Chief Fiki also wished all Muslims a joyous and peaceful Eid-el-Fitri celebration, saying the virtues of Ramadan should inspire a more compassionate, just, and prosperous society.
