Leader of the Idera De Political Movement, Dr. William Akanle, has described news of the demise of Chief Shola Adedoyin as shocking.
Chief Shola Adedoyin, a popular politician from Ekinrin-Adde in Ijumu local government of Kogi state, died in a ghastly motor accident in Abuja few days ago.
Reacting to the sad news, Dr. Akanle noted that “Chief Adedoyin was the Director General of the IDERA DE Campaign Organization between 2014 and 2015 when l contested the Kogi West Senatorial seat under the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
“He is so calm, unassuming, hardworking and was totally committed to the project throughout the campaign and beyond.
“He had the daunting task of coordinating the campaign activities of the party because we came into the race while the elections were barely four months away. He therefore, had to work assiduously for the modest success we had.
“He is gone, but his good deeds will always be remembered and appreciated by members of the IDERA DE Campaign Organization.
“On behalf of our political movement, l hereby wish the soul of our departed SHOLA find rest in the bosom of the Lord,” he said.
Dr. Akanle prayed that Almighty God console family, friends and associates of the departed.
