Doctorate Award: Legends’ Club of Okun Congratulates BoT Chair

The Legends’ Club of Okun (LGO) land has congratulated her board of trustees Chairman, His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, who also serves as the Elulu of Mopaland and Chairman of the Mopamuro Traditional Council of Chiefs, on his conferment of an honorary doctorate degree in leadership and community development by PAL University.

This prestigious honor was bestowed upon His Royal Majesty on Monday in Abuja.

In a heartfelt congratulatory message sent to the press on Tuesday, Hon. Abereoran Olusegun Elvis, the Director of Media and Publicity of the Legends Club, emphasized the significance of the monarch being recognized for such an honor by the university.

“The conferment of this honorary degree is a testament to His Royal Majesty’s exemplary leadership and tireless efforts in community development. PAL University has rightfully recognized him as an Ambassador in this vital field.

“Oba Muyiwa Ibeun’s dedication to the growth and development of Mopa and the broader Mopamuro region has been unwavering.

“His leadership has fostered unity, progress, and prosperity within the community, making him a beacon of inspiration and a role model for future generations.

“The honorary doctorate not only acknowledges his past achievements,it also reinforces his ongoing commitment to the well-being and advancement of his people.

“The Legends Club of Okun Land celebrates this remarkable achievement. We are confident that his Royal Majesty will continue to lead with wisdom and dedication, furthering the cause of community development and enhancing the quality of life for all,” he said.

Oba Muyiwa Ibeun is also waiting to receive an award of Doctorate Degree from Prowess University, Delaware, USA on 22nd of June.
