DG Protocol pays JAMB fees for Students in Kogi Central

Driven by the passion for youth enlightenment and revival of the Education Sector in Kogi Central, the Director General of Protocol to the Governor of Kogi State, Pharmacist Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku has embarked on a free jamb registration program for students in Kogi Central.
The program which was organised by the Ebira Skills Acquisition Center (ESARC) was held at the Local Government Secretariat in Okene.
In his remarks, the D.G Protocol revealed that the project was inspired by the legacy of his father, Alhaji Salawu Abdulkareem and his commitment to ensuring qualitative education for youths in Kogi Central. He added that the 70 beneficiaries were drawn across the five local governments in Kogi Central.
In the course of his speech, Pharm. Abdulkareem made it known that he had no political aspirations, stressing that the act of benevolence was done in line with the aims and objectives of the New Direction Agenda.
Also Speaking, the Administrator, Okene Local Government Area, Hon. Abdulrazak Muhammed while commending the charitable gesture  of the Director of Protocol, enjoined the beneficiaries to be serious with their academic pursuit.
One of the beneficiaries, Isaiah Eze Glory who spoke on behalf of the beneficiaries thanked the Director of Protocol for his humanitarian gesture and promised to perform excellently in the forthcoming JAMB Examination.
