COVID-19: Kogi Government Places 7 Persons on Isolation

Not leaving anything to chance, Kogi State Government has placed seven persons in the state on community isolation under strict monitoring for a minimum of 14 days.

The State Commissioner of Health, Dr Haruna Saka Audu disclosed this on Tuesday while giving an update on the coronavirus pandemic in the state.

Dr Audu said Kogi is yet to confirm any case of COVID-19

The Commissioner noted the isolated seven persons traveled to COVID-19 high risk countries within the last one month.

According to him, five of the isolated victim are from Lokoja, while the other two are from Ajaokuta and Okene Local Government respectively.
