Military Dictatorship or Militocracy is the system there by all sectors of the economy as well as the means of production and security of a certain territories or territorial border is managed by the military. It is headed by the head of states instead of the president through edict as a forceful law imposed by the head of state states instead of constitution lawmakers.
This is brought about by military coup initiated and planned by military personnel to oust the government in power, if deemed not doing well upon the justification of allegations of corruption and it is interims in Nature.(Shehu Aliyy Khalipha) 2012 and last for a while usually while military coup and dictatorship as a result of the government not doing well In a particular territory, behold no country or state is an island on it own.
Therefore in any government there must be a superior body just Nigeria government look up to the principles and policies laid down by WEST AFRICAN COUNTRIES SUBREGIONS (WACS) and WACS is looking up to AFRICAN UNION (AU) and AU is looking forward to UNITED NATIONS (UN) therefore, no matter how strong the soldiers if s particular county or territory may be, they are not on their own. Acting certainly from the central government of the above must be taken against the territory.
Since no country is on its own and in any system there must be a bigger body above that is why the government of the above responsible for check making of the West Africa Counter in which Niger is a signatory is Economic Community of West Africa Sub region (ECOWAS).
The Economic Community of West African States comprises of countries as Ghana, Zambia, Bukinafaso, Togo, Benin, Nigeria and many more in which the power is led by the superior country, Nigeria been the giant of Africa and the chairman ship of the council also is the president of Nigeria In person of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
When Niger had their military coup in this time of the world economic mg down, it shows that they are very stubborn and doing things out of law. Therefore, they either comply by the ECOWAS decisions or the council wage war against them. Yet they do not comply since is like that it means they are ready for war.
Because of the refusal to lawful order by the Niger coup dictator, hence the plans of ECOWAS military troop invasion to Niger Republic. But the question is what will be the consequences of this military invasion of Niger Republic on Nigeria?
In talking about the intervention of the Nigeria military troop to Niger Republic as a case study which in which consequences of the action is what we are looking at in this write up, Consequences itself cannot be undermined. Therefore, CONSEQUENCIE itself is refers to the outcome of an action after word, either negative or positive. The sanctions is what the under tajer suffer or enjoy at the end of the day.
For Nigeria government to send troop at her military to Niger Republic, it will create a lifetime enemity. This is because before this action was taken by the Niger soldiers, they have suffered a lot in the hand of Democratic so called government they had. And they now see military inversion as the only option to restore their liberty with Nigeria intervention. It means Nigeria is interesting in their suffering and now aiding their government to do more by supporting the government of Nigeria to fight her people.
RISK IN THE NORTHERN NIGERIA
By so doing, some states in the northern Nigeria that should common Boundary with Nigeria Republic will be prone to danger as any of the Niger over Nigeria intervention will be to bounce back on the Nigeria territories starting from the states of Nigeria that shame common boundary like Kebi, Sokoto, Zamfara, Katsina, Jigawa and borno with Niger Republic.
It will lead to international war: Since Nigeria and Niger are enemies, the used thing is to clear their doubt by going into war to face one another. Any suffering and injury incurred by Nigeria and Nigerian from that war will be the outcome of the dangerous undertaking of another man taking Panadol for another man headache. Which may lead to distraction of Nigeria to pay for what does not concern us as a result of carelessness in the name of kind gesture and neighboring co-existence.
Poverty will emerge: By the time Nigeria as country abandon her own responsibilities and uphold another person’s own, there will be scarcity of food as they will be no attention on the economic activities any longer instead war will take the place thereby bringing about and poverty.
There will be underdevelopment: War and insecurities bring about security unrest, National instability as well as economic meltdown in this situation, no investors will come to Nigeria to invest thereby causing a serious underdevelopment.
It further extent enmity to other Nations: Nations like Russia, Marley, Morocco, Bukinafaso and Sierra Leone are already pledging there support to Niger Republic In case Nigeria try to attack them. If Nigeria should intervene, It will further extend our enmity with those Nations and when this happens, Nigeria may not be able to travel to this countries and the life Nigeria will be in danger.
Thus, since the consequence of deploying Nigerian troops to Niger will be disasters and harmful to the economy stability and security to Nigeria and Nigerian citizens. The earlier it is avoided the better for our unity and continuity as one Nation good people the better for us.
