Coach Abinu Mourns demise of Ex-Kogi Assembly Lawmaker, Allah-Dey

Coach Gabriel Abinu has mourned the demise of a former lawmaker in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Mustapha Abdulkarim Allah-Dey.

In a statement issued to journalists on Thursday, the Oman based philanthropist described the deceased as a perfect gentle man who committed himself to serve humanity.

Amb. Abinu expressed shock and sadness over the demise of Hon. Allah-Dey praying that Almighty Allah will grant him eternal rest.

He disclosed that Hon. Allah-Dey will forever be missed for his exemplary leadership and dedication in promoting good governance, sports development at the grassroot and ensuring justice to the voiceless people in the society.

“We have lost a great Man who will forever be missed by all and sundry for leaving behind a vacuum that will be difficult to be filled. Hon. Mustapha Abdulkarim Allah-Dey is a Man of Peace who has contributed immensely to the development of Kogi State and Nigeria in general. Nigerians and the world in general will miss him,” he noted.

Hon. Mustapha Abdulkarim Allah-Dey was until his death the National Vice President Youth Sport Federation of Nigeria (YSFON) and a one time member of Kogi State House of Assembly representing Lokoja 1 Constituency.

“May God Almighty forgive his shortcomings and grant him a beautiful abode in Aljana Firdaus” he added.
