Catalyst Movement Congratulates Chief Peter Yakubu Iduh on ADC Primary Victory

The Catalyst Movement has warmly congratulated Chief Pharmacist Peter Yakubu Iduh on his victory at the African Democratic Congress (ADC) primary election for the Idah Federal Constituency.

Chief Iduh emerged victorious in the primary held on Saturday, positioning him as the party’s candidate for the House of Representatives seat covering Idah, Ibaji, Igalamela-Odolu, and Ofu Local Government Areas.

In a statement signed by Israel Evra, Director General of the Catalyst Movement, the group described the milestone as “remarkable” and praised Chief Iduh’s dedication, wisdom, and commitment to the growth and unity of the Igala people.

The message read in part: “On behalf of the Director General and the entire members of the Catalyst Movement, we warmly congratulate Chief Peter Yakubu Iduh on this remarkable milestone. Your dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the growth and unity of our people continue to inspire many. You have remained a symbol of leadership, resilience, and service.”

Chief Peter Yakubu Iduh, a prominent pharmacist, businessman, and philanthropist, is the Chairman/CEO of Iduh Integrated Services. Born on March 25, 1974, in Idah, Kogi State, he is widely known as “High Chief Pharm. Iduh Peter Yakubu (Edééé)” and holds traditional titles including Ogah Attah of Igala Kingdom. He is recognised for his community development efforts, philanthropic activities, and consistent support for grassroots initiatives across Kogi East.

The Catalyst Movement prayed for greater success and strength in the new chapter, adding that Chief Iduh’s leadership remains a guiding light for many in the region.

The congratulatory message comes as political activities intensify ahead of the 2027 general elections in Kogi State.
