Dear Kogi Easterners,

For the past three years our Senatorial seat has witnessed an unstable state because of litigations arising from court cases instituted against Attai Aidoko as he in turn instituted against others.

It is a fact that this has affected the output from our representative as a people as it is traumatizing to see our case in court for the four years of the 8 Assembly.

This is because we our mandate was snatched by an unproductive representative that has seen the National Assembly as his birth right and would want to stick around not minding his output.

I am sure we all hate the situation except for the lawyers and judges benefiting from a continued case that will keep their own charges running.

If we are not careful we may have the same situation in our hands if we vote Aidoko because of the sentiment of PDP.

We all are aware PDP did not conduct Senatorial primary in Kogi East and did not affirm the candidature of Aidoko as it was done that of Dino and Ogembe of both West and Central Senatorial districts of the State.

This case of non primaries in Kogi East that Aidoko is holding the mandate is already in Court and hearing has commenced to be decided after election.

This is litigation starting even before governance, Aidoko wanted playing Kogi Easterners for a fool as he has always done but this time will not be easy as he is not a candidate in the election by the virtue of the NO PRIMARY ELECTION.

You should also be informed that by the judgement of the Supreme Court two weeks ago, Aidoko is no longer a Senator representing you. We are waiting for the House return from recess which unfortunately will be after the election so they can throw him out. This is why he is desperate and his desperation will not help him this time.

You should also be informed that by the virtue of this judgement and false documents submitted to INEC by Aidoko, he is no longer a candidate in the election. Any vote for him we amount to a wasted vote as it will be contested in court plus the case already instituted against him.

I don’t think you want your vote wasted for an unproductive representative.

I don’t think you want another round of litigation against your representative.

I don’t think you are ready to endure another unproductive representation.

The choice is in your hands, Vote Dr Victor Alewo Adoji (DVAA), as the candidate of APC is also having same court cases of fake primaries against him by the Original APC members (you won’t even want to vote APC).

Vote DVAA, Vote ADC for Senatorial Election
