Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Campaign Organization (NAUCO) says the the coordinated attacks on the members of PDP holding Ward meetings in Ihima, Okehi local government area of Kogi state, on Thursday has further proven that the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidates have lost the idea to lead an issue-based campaign and resorted to physical attacks to create panic in the land and scare the good residents of the area from exercising their constitutional right.

In a statement isued by the media office on Thursday, NAUCO said instead of leading a peaceful campaign, APC members went on a rampage destroying the campaign paraphernalia of the Kogi Central PDP senatorial candidate, Barr. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and attacked peaceful members of the party holding ward meetings.

Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Campaign Organization described the attack on the peaceful members of the PDP as the last kick of a dying horse and affirmation that the APC and its candidates have known there’s no hope of coming a distant second in the general elections.

The campaign council called on the security agencies to bring the thugs to book to face the wrath of the law, and insisted that the good people of Kogi Central cannot be intimidated from exercising their constitutional right and voting for Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan on the February 25, 2023, general elections.

The campaign council stressed that the coordinated attacks can not prevent APC and its candidates from impending defeat in the general elections as the people of Kogi Central have resolved to vote out all the candidates of APC and vote overwhelmingly for the candidacy of Barr. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.
