Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended warm greetings to Muslims across the nation on the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement released today, Hon. Meseko emphasized the importance of using this period of spiritual reflection and fasting to pray for the peace, unity, and progress of Nigeria. He highlighted the significance of upholding the core values of Ramadan, such as compassion, generosity, and empathy towards all people.
“Ramadan is a time for spiritual renewal and a reminder of our shared humanity,” said Hon. Meseko. “Let us use this opportunity to strengthen our bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood, and work together to build a better Nigeria for all.”
Hon. Meseko also encouraged Muslims to observe the fast with sincerity and devotion, and to seek forgiveness from Allah during this holy month. He expressed hope that Ramadan would bring blessings and prosperity to all Nigerians.
“May this Ramadan be a time of peace, joy, and spiritual growth for all Muslims,” concluded Hon. Meseko. “May Allah accept our prayers and fasts, and grant us the strength and guidance to live a life of virtue and righteousness.”
