As the All Progress Congress (APC) ward congresses held peacefully across the eleven wards Okene local government of Kogi state, the Executive Chairman of the council, Engr. Abdulrazaq Muhammad expressed satisfaction with the orderly and peaceful conduct of the exercise.
The council boss said reports from various wards as well as remarks by majority of party faithful showed the congress recorded a huge success through affirmation of the previous executives.
Abdulrazaq said despite the good reports from the field, he also went around to ensure the party had a trouble free exercise.
The chairman, however, urged any aggrieved member of the party to remain calm and seek redress through the party’s appeal panel as stakeholders are determined to ensure no eligible party member is short-changed in the exercise.
