A technocrat and one time commissioner for Education in Kogi State, Alhaji Jubrin Usman has been appointed as the executive chairman of Kogi State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
The appointment was made my the Governor, Captain Idris Wada.
Also appointed into the board are Nicholas Olorunipa, Member 1 and Elder James A. Momoh, Member 2.A statement from the office of the Special Adviser, Media and Strategy, Jacob Edi, said the appointment takes immediate effect.
A 1975 graduate of Biochemistry from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Alhaji Jibrin bagged another post-graduate qualification in Science Education.
