The Akinrin of Ekinrinland, His Royal Majesty Oba Johnson Kolade Otitoju, Egbo Lona I, was joined by family members, traditional leaders, dignitaries, and residents of Ekinrinland today for a special thanksgiving service held at the First Baptist Church, Ekinrin-Adde.
The service was convened in profound gratitude to Almighty God for His continuous guidance, wisdom, and protection over the past three years since the monarch’s elevation to the status of a first-class traditional ruler.
Addressing the congregation, His Royal Majesty expressed heartfelt appreciation to the community and guests who gathered to mark the milestone with him.

“I thank you all for joining me at Thanksgiving to mark the 3rd year of Oba Akinrin as a 1st class traditional ruler of Ekinrinland. God bless you. May God grant us more years of good services to Ekinrinland and Ekinrin Adde l’apapo. Amen,” the monarch said.
The anniversary service reflected on a three-year reign defined by peaceful co-existence, cultural preservation, and sustained developmental progress across the land. In their prayers, the congregation called for long life, sound health, and continued divine wisdom for the royal father as he carries on leading his people.
