Governorship aspirant and chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kogi state, Prince Dayo Akanmode has applauded the appointment of Professor Joash Amupitan SAN as the University of Jos’ Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration).
In a statement issued in Lokoja on Wednesday, Akanmode described Amupitan’s appointment as well deserved.
He expressed confidence in Amupitan’s capacity to add value to the management of the university.

“I sincerely believe that this is a humble foundation of the greater things on the way. I feel very delighted as many people will feel this day because of your antecedents in community and academic development.
“You have been a great mentor to your colleagues and the upcoming generation in the community, in the academic and the legal profession. Wishing you greater accomplishments and a finisher anointing in good health,” he said.
