Senator representing Kogi East, Atai Aidoko Ali has sent a message of felicitation to Professor Samuel Egwu over his appointment and confirmation as Resident Electoral Commissioner with Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
A press statement from the media office of the senator stated that the appointment of the renowned professor of political science will bring a positive turnaround to the activities of the commission.
Senator Aidoko urged the learned professor to see his appointment as results of his hard work, diligence, dedication to duty and selfless service to his father land.
He urged the new REC to rededicate himself to the services of the commission to justify the confidence repose in him to take the country to greater heights in the area of electoral management.
