Adavi LG Chairman Express Shock Over Death of Justice Moses Bello

The Executive Chairman of Adavi local government of Kogi state, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami, has expressed saddened over the demise of the retired President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Justice Moses Bello who passed on after a brief illness.

Hon. Joseph Omuya described his death as a great loss to the Ebira nation, Kogi State, and Nigeria at large.

He said the nation has lost one of her finest asset and a charitable man who has been dedicated to the service of the nation, and have strived to protect our legal system.

“The death of our father (Justice Moses) came as a rude shock in a time we never thought of such a sad moment. Justice Bello was a father to many of us, he worked very hard to ensure peace and unity among his people, and also for the development of the land.

“Words cannot express how great this loss is, but certainly we shall continue to pray for ease and the fortitude to bear this loss. We will surely miss him.

“My heartfelt condolences to Hon. Joseph Asuku Bello and the immediate of family of the late Justice, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello, Asema lineage of Ezi-Uka, Adavi LG, Kogi State, and Nigeria. This is indeed an irreplaceable loss to us,” he said.
