Operatives of the Kogi State Vigilante Service (KSVS) has apprehended a suspect involved in an act of vandalism.
In a statement issued by the HOD, ICT/Media, S.O. Saka on Friday, the suspect, Abdulkadir Danjuma was nabbed by the Idah Command of the vigilante service.
According to KSVS, the suspect was arrested in the process of vandalizing roofing materials from L.G.E.A Ogegele-Efulu Primary School on Thursday.
The vigilante operatives recovered nine long-span zinc sheets from the suspect during the arrest.
The suspect has been handed over to the Nigerian Police Force, Idah Division, for further investigation and necessary legal action.
The Kogi State Vigilante Service said it remains committed to ensuring the safety of lives and property within the state.
