Otunba Olayemi Adeniyi has described a former member of the House of Representatives, Chief Samuel Bamidele Aro, as a “pro-people politician” who remained a priceless jewel in the politics of Kogi state.
In a goodwill message issued in Abuja on Sunday to celebrate Chief Sam Aro on his birthday anniversary, Otunba Olayemi said the politician is a meteor among stars.
Otunba Olayemi, the Director General of Ododo-Joel Campaign Council for Kogi West senatorial district in the 2023 Kogi governorship election, stated that Chief Sam Aro’s impactful footprints as a lawmaker remains enviable.
He noted that Chief Sam Aro, who was a Deputy Governorship candidate in the 2019 Kogi gubernatorial election, is a reliable leader with evergreen commitment to the cause of his people.
“While in the House of Representatives, Chief Samuel Bamidele Aro’s impact in the lives of his people earned him the nickname ‘Gbani Gbani’.
“Since his stint at the National Assembly, Chief Sam Aro has remained committed to the people and always ready to take on any challenge he believes in.
“His candor and humane personality has continued to endear to people within and outside Kogi state,” he said.
