Governor Usman Ododo has hailed the member representing Ajaokuta federal constituency in the House of Representatives for his giant empowerment programs.
The governor expressed his admiration for the lawmaker’s empowerment program, which has positively impacted over 3,000 youths and women of Ajaokuta constituency.
Governor Ododo, who was visibly delighted with the initiative, commended the Reps member for his efforts in adding value to the ruling All Progressive Congress in Ajaokuta through his significant contributions.
He urged the beneficiaries of the empowerment program to take full advantage of the opportunities presented to them and assured them that with their support for Hon. Sanni Abdulraheem and the state government’s policies, Ajaokuta would witness even greater development.
In his remarks, Hon. Sanni Abdulraheem expressed gratitude to Governor Ododo for his unwavering support and trust in him since the beginning.
He thanked the people of his constituency for their belief in the developmental programs and policies championed by the governor, aimed at fostering progress and prosperity.
The Ajaokuta Federal Lawmaker emphasized that his dedication to serving his people stems from the mandate entrusted to him by the constituents. He pledged to continue listening to their needs and aspirations, ensuring that the empowerment initiatives remain a continuous effort to promote self-reliance and progress within the community.
The Director-General of NACETEM affirmed that Representative Sanni Abdulraheem has more transformative plans in store for the people of Ajaokuta. He encouraged the community members to seize the opportunities presented to them, emphasizing that he has requested for the acquisition of over 100 hectares of land for agricultural purposes would create numerous job opportunities for the youth in collaboration with foreign investors.
The event, attended by government officials, members of the National Assembly party leaders, stakeholders, and well-wishers, showcased the collective commitment towards fostering development and empowerment in Ajaokuta.
