The member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Salman Idris has expressed shock over the news of the demise of Mr Olaiya Olobatoke.
In a statement personally signed by Mr Salman, the lawmaker said he was deeply saddened to learn about the untimely demise of Honorable Olaiya Olobatoke, the PDP House of Reps candidate in the last general elections.
“It is with a heavy heart that I extend my sincere condolences to his family, and all those who were close to him during this difficult time.
“Honorable Olaiya Olobatoke’s passing has left a void that will be felt by the entire community, especially those who had the privilege of knowing him. His dedication and commitment to serving the people while he was alive were admirable, and his loss will be deeply felt.
“Honorable Olobatoke was a genuinely good-hearted individual who had a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those around him. His contributions to his community and his willingness to serve were truly inspiring.
“During this time of sorrow and grief, I offer my heartfelt prayers and thoughts to his family, and all his loved ones. May his family and associates find solace and strength his memories and may the outpouring of love and support from friends and the community provide comfort and healing.
