The House of Assembly candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) for Lokoja I state constituency, Henry Francis Folaranmi, has described the death of the mother of Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory, Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali, as shocking.
In a statement issued in Lokoja on Wednesday, the NNPP candidate said the late Jajiya Zainab Sidi Ali was an amiable mother who embodied humility, astuteness, discernment and a good heart.
“However firmly grounded in the polity of our Nation, the loss of a dearly beloved mother is grieving enough and heartbreaking.
“On behalf of my family and team, I commiserate with you, Hon. Minister of State for FCT, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani, members of your family and everyone connected to you over the loss of your beloved mother.
“I pray for strength for you and your family, that Almighty God shall give you all the strength and the needed fortitude to bear the loss,” he said.
Henry prayed for God to grant Late Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali eternal rest.
