The Chairman Sologic Initiative and a Kabba-born philanthropist, Mr. Abayomi Bello has resigned his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Abayomi Bello has also won the ticket of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) for Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu House of representatives, in the 2023 general elections.
in a letter directed to the party chairman of the PDP in Kabba-Bunu Local Government, Abayomi Bello stated that it was unfortunate that the party no longer reward her loyal members.
Abayomi Bello who said he has been consistent with the growth and victories of the party, lamented that the party does not have his interest at heart.
The letter read “I am writing to inform you of my resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which has also been communicated to the Chairman of my ward, Okedayo Ward, effective today the 26th of May, 2022”
“In the period of my membership, I have been consistent in my commitment to the growth, welfare, and victories of the party. Unfortunately, past and recent events have led me to the conclusion that the party no longer has my interest at heart, and reward for loyalty has lost its place within the party”
“My commitment to empowerment, wealth creation, and real development in our community remains unshaken and will continue to find alternate routes to achieving this.”
