A retired Naval officer, Alhaji Isah Ogohi has described allegations that the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 Kogi governorship election, Engr Musa Wada forged primary school certificate as laughable.

Ogohi, in an interview on Monday, stated that he attended same primary school with Wada.

The retired Naval officer explained that he was a year ahead of Wada at LEA Okura Olafia- Dekina in the old Kwara State. According to him, Wada graduated from the school in 1973, a year after him.

“We were together in the primary school when Ali Agama brought Musa Wada into the school, he was in primary 5 while I was in primary 6.

“I left in 1972 while Musa Wada left in 1973 and went straight to GSS Dekina to continue with his secondary education. He was a brilliant student and a promising scholar. I am ready to confront anybody that Musa Wada forged his primary education certificate,” he said.

Ogohi added that anyone who feels he is lying can contact his Primary Seven teacher, one Mr. Sule, who is still alive.
