Players and officials of Kogi United and Confluence Queens as well as Kogi Feeders paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Kogi State, Honourable Idris Musa on Thursday.
Led by the chairman of the state owned football clubs Mallam Abdul Sule, the teams congratulated the new commissioner who described himself as a keen sports enthusiast just solicited for his support and motivation.
The Chairman of Kogi State Football Association, Alhaji Suleiman Issa Umar who joined the teams in the visit charged the new man at Sports and Youths ministry towards reviving grassroots football programs in the state.
Honorable Musa who thanked the leadership of the team and the players promised to use his office to make the teams achieve greatness in their various league campaigns just as he called for their supports to record success at his new assignment.
