On behalf of my self and family, I give thanks to the good people of Okene II state constituency. Let us begin by lifting our eyes to heaven to thank God Almighty for the wonderful blessings he has bestowed upon the good people of Okene ll State Constituency and across Kogi State at large.
It was God who inspired the people of Okene II to vote for me for a first term, may all Glory and adoration be returned unto him.
I thank God that among other candidates who contested the Okene II State House of Assembly election, I was chosen and elected by my good people overwhelmingly.
I am truly blessed and humbled by this divine favour. I am so grateful to the thousands of you who have given me your mandate and have also joined me on this victorious drive to history.
I want to specially thank the New Direction Captain, our Digital Governor, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello for his entire support, love and leadership role in my victory. I also wish to use this medium to call Kogites to fully support the God ordained Governor to continue his good work coming up ending of this year for a second term in office and pray that may God give him the strength, inspiration and wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state for the next level.
I also want to thank my esteemed supporters, APC stalwarts in Okene and across, Okene II constituents, support groups, youths, men and women and all those who contributed in my sounding victory, I am very grateful. May God bless you all.
Our mission is to see beyond the challenges that face us and build a united Okene II where our dreams and aspirations become real and lasting legacies. I may not meet the demands of all those will approached me for this first term, but I wish to say that with the aid of New Direction Team, we should expecting something better and prosperous for Okene II.
To other political parties, we are not enemies. I welcome you with open arms as we all strive to build our constituency. This election was a contest in ideas and not a clash of political personalities.
Our ideas have prevailed but that does not mean you do not have a contribution to make. We need to bring our constituency together to secure our peace and work harder towards national unity and development.
Once again, I assure my constituents of effective and quality representation in the assembly.
