Sequel to my recent appointment as the Administrator of Ibaji Local Government Area, I wish to humbly appreciate His excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the executive Governor of Kogi state for his trust in me to have necessitated his decision to bestow on me this responsibility of leadership to serve my people.
I am particularly grateful to His excellency for finding me worthy of this assignment at this point in time that the good people of Ibaji local government area are so much desirous of being part of his people oriented and quality leadership in Kogi state.
Similarly, of importance is the need to appreciate our Father and an illustrious son of Ibaji land, Rt. Hon. Simon Achuba, the Deputy Governor of Kogi state. I am particularly grateful to him for his darling support for the success of the APC government in Kogi state with his wealth of experience as a grass root mobilizer per record. We pray God Almighty continue to reward and bless him more.
Also, I am grateful to our own Chief Edward Onoja, the Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor, for being that leader that Kogi youths from across the three senatorial districts are grateful for being our torch bearer and changer of the phase of Kogi politics through youths involvement in governance. God bless you sir.
With all sincerity let me also appreciate the effort of my brother and predecessor, Hon. Thomas Offor, the immediate past Administrator of Ibaji L.G.A who is now the SSA to the governor on solid minerals. I am grateful to him for his co-operation and great efforts towards offering the best of services to the people of Ibaji L.G.A. Indeed without his support, delivering on this assignment will nearly be impossible.
On behalf of my humble self and the entire people of Ibaji L.G.A, We promise to continue to support the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari as exemplified by our amiable governor. The APC government led by President Muhammadu Buhari has been a very proactive one which has returned power at all levels back to the masses where it belongs. We are confident that his much fight against corruption will help to build our nation and give the Nigerian Identity a redefinition for good.
This appreciation can never be complete if I fail to appreciate the following persons for their significant contributions in the sustenance of the New Direction Government in Kogi state;
1. Hon Ahmed Attah, the APC Zonal Chairman Kogi East. He is a complete gentleman and a faithful party man. As a fast growing progressive, we thank God for his life.
2. Most Hon. Dcn. John Abah (Lawmaker representing Ibaji L.G.A).
3. Hon. David Apeh (SSA to the Governor on Agriculture).
4. Hon Thank-God Omale (APC Ibaji L.G.A Chairman).
And indeed, I am grateful to every other government appointees and Party faithfuls from Ibaji Local Government area. I hope for your continuing support to deliver on this task
On the assignment placed on me by His excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, just like his coming on board as the executive Governor through an event which reminds mankind that He alone owns and gives power, I promise to give my best in service to the people of Ibaji local government area regardless of earthly divides that nature has bestowed on us all. I am particularly happy to undertake on this assignment because it is indeed a rare privilege to be associated with the New Direction Government. The song of unity and service in humility which this administration has placed on the lips of all progressives is the best any well meaning Kogite can ever ask for.
To my good people of Ibaji local government area, in appreciation of this appointment, the best is what i owe you all and that I shall do with the best of my ability.
Once again, thank you your excellency for your trust in me.
