It will not augur well for the people of Kogi East to continue on this trend of threatening brimstone and fire over
the conclusive primary election that saw the emergence of Kogi East Senator, Atai Aidoko Ali.
Even in animal kingdom of the great animal farm their is always room for resistance and at the end of the day orderliness was restored, not to talk more of an organised human environment like ours.
It is high time we realised the dangers of electing governor Yahaya Bellos stooge or any of the aspirants from the APC as been threatened by the writer, because at all times, piece like this will also poison and tend to tilt our peoples mind towards doing the contrary against the suffering people of Igala Bassa extraction.
We should retract to our cocoon and see beyond our imaginations the cogent reasons behind the return of Kogi East Senator Atai Aidoko Ali, will be of quantum benefit to the people of Igala race just like the areas that have benefited from this trend and have heaved a sigh of relieve in terms of economic revival, social stratification by freedom of assessing public utilities and unrivalled infrastructural breakthrough of the Igala speaking area.
In the last three years of the present administration of APC at the federal level worsened by the imposition of unprepared and mindsetted leadership at the state level, that was ushered in with premonition to pauperise the Igala race, it is now germane that our only fall back is to reelect Kogi East senator to break the trend of poverty, bridge the gap of under development and put an end to deliberate mishandling of the Kogi Easterners to the detriment of the people.
Senator Atai Aidoko armed with a ranking status is not an outcast of Kogi East people, accessible, down to earth, accommodating and above all development oriented in all ramifications.
Aidoko will not need to learn the intricacies of lawmaking which is the primary aim of electing a representative both at the lower and upper chamber of the national assembly, the politics of Bill and motion presentation, allocation of priority projects that will turn around the fortunes of the people of the area.
It will be a disservice to Kogi Easterners to drive towards realising the threat of doing the contrary having decided to move beyond the current administration gimmicks of non payment of salaries, pensions and lack of people oriented projects expected of the area from people with leadership obligation.
Let’s us not dare to put our dear people in the hands of shylock leaders who have connived and colluded that the Igalas does not deserve good leadership and followership as the best option is to contrive them into perpetual harsh poverty line that will in turn drag the area more into an era of underdevelopment.
The implications of allowing Bellos/Edward APC and anointed candidate to fly by winning elections, the story of the state of Osun, Imo state and lately my good people of Kaduna state will be reference point better off than that of Kogians and its people.
Any decision taken in Kogi state by any head of government and leadership, Kogi Easterners will be worst hit by virtue of our population/numerical strength, exposure, interaction and above all will affect the generation yet unborn in utter disregard to our stance.
What happened 33 months ago owing to unrepentant stance of the two prominent Igala sons that saw us in this hyper ugly trend should not be allowed to repeat itself, as the freshness of that situation should continue to dawn on us which have led to many households and family breadwinners death, adults and would be leaders could not survive the well planned and orchestrated bad leadership meant to segregate and distract our  hitherto robust generation.
Let us sheathe our swords, forgive and forget so as to rally round Kogi East senator Atai Aidoko Ali that will eventually take us to Eldorado instead of relapsing to needless political rancour that saw us in the late 2015 political drama and the current innuendo.
