Member representing Yagba Federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Sunday Karimi has assured electorates that he has a comprehensive blueprint that would cater for Kogi West in the areas of education, infrastructure, health care services and gainful employment.
Karimi gave the assurance in a chat with newsmen in Abuja on Tuesday.
The lawmaker stated that he has always fulfilled is electoral promises since he was voted into the lower chamber of the National Assembly in 2011.
He asserted that he has always matched his words with action, as his words are his bond.
Hon. Karimi said like he has always promised, if elected in 2019, aside making himself accessible, he will strive to use the instrumentality of effective legislation to improve the lot of Kogi West Constituency. He said he has attracted enough democracy dividends to his constituency as a lawmaker,
He told reporters that Senate aspiration is borne out of the need to improve on the lot of the people of Kogi West senatorial district.
The Lawmaker said he is not unaware of the plight of Kogi West people, said those challenges can best be tackled when divisive tendencies, mundane issues are replaced with unity of purpose for a people united in love.
He lamented the drop the Western district has recorded in education, but assured that with quality legislation, attracting the right environment, the area would bounce back by taking its rightful place.
On his chances at the forthcoming polls, Hon. Karimi said; “without mincing words, I am at home with the people. By the grace of God and the support of the people, I will emerge victorious.”
