House of Representatives hopeful, Blessing Aishat Ekele has commended the humanitarian services of Hajia Salamatu Baiwa, saying that she remains a lady with the people at heart at all times.
Ekele, who is aspiring to represent Ankpa-Olamaboro-Omala Federal constituency of Kogi state in the next dispensation under the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) endorsed Baiwa’s aspiration to contest for the position of APC National Women Leader in the upcoming convention.
According to her, Hajia Baiwa has created quality standard worthy of respect by all.
She said Baiwa’s philanthropic posture has made her unstoppable in her bid to become the APC national woman leader in the country, stressing that her team is solidly behind the aspiration of this great woman with high quality standard.
Hon. Ekele noted that if people do act politically, they will be able to experience the joy of being in the company of their peers.
She extolled the virtue of Hajjia Baiwa, saying, the women of this generation, particularly those from Kogi state are proud of her.
While Hon. Ekele averred that woman are change agents, she said :”Transformation can’t be restrained in any society where good ladies gets involved in decision taking, as it concerns the lives of the people.”
She called on APC members in the state to support Hajia Baiwa to realise her ambition even as she counts on her constituents to stand by her in her quest to represent them come 2019 at House of Representatives.
