A House of Assembly aspirant from Adavi state constituency, Hon Ishaq Ilyas Asuku has urged residents of Adavi local government within the voting age to get their permanent vote’s card (PVC) during the current continuous voters registration.

Asuku made the call on Monday at a meeting of all the executive members of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Adavi local government.

He urged party stakeholders present and other party faithfuls to humbly participate fully in the ongoing votes registration.

The house of assembly hopeful said this would enable the ruling party and the new direction administration at the state level to have overwhelming support for its candidates in the forthcoming elections.

He urged party faithfuls from state, local government and down to ward level to see themselves as one family under the umbrella of the new direction administration of Governor Yahaya Bello.

“Let’s endeavor to register and get our PVC. We can only defeat our opponents with our cards, the PVC is your power, my power, our power,” he said.

The APC stakeholders gathered to plan ahead for the next year general election, most especially the second term ambition of Gov. Bello.
