The executive chairman of Kogi SUBEB, Mrs Oshatimehin Deborah has warn that no teacher should pay any sum of money to anybody claiming he can help them clear their names in the just concluded screening in the state.
In a press statement today, Oshatimehin said that some corrupt enemies of the state are going round to collect money from some teachers in the name of helping them clear their names.
She appealed to all teachers in Kogi state to be calm as Governor Yahaya Bello has directed her to compile the names of teachers who are genuine but affected by the screening exercise.
She assured the entire primary schools teachers in the state that the best is knocking at their doors because is the top priority of the current administration in the state.
“Our search light is beaming and anyone caught in the act will be lawfully brought to book. This administration has zero tolerance for corruption”, she said.
