Kogi State Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources is requesting for applications from qualified candidates to be employed as FOREST GUARDS.
Job Responsibilities:
Successful candidates would be required to perform the following duties:
(a) Policing and patrolling the forests to ensure compliance with the relevant Forest Regulations.
(b) Pass-hammering forest products.
(c) Measuring forest products for assessment of fees and royalties.
Requirements:
Candidates should / have maximum of SSCE with credits in Biology and Agricultural Science. Certificate in forestry and other related discipline will be an added advantage.
