Samuel Omo-Giwa has lauded the efforts of Mallam Abdul Adama at repositioning Kogi United and Confluence Queens Football Clubs.
Samuel, the head of operations, Tunmek Business Centre, visits the Lokoja Confluence Stadium to watch matches involving the two teams and has never stopped praising the good works and standards set by Mallam Adama.
In a chat with SL10 in Lokoja, the graduate of Federal Polytechnic Auchi said that the brilliant administrator had instilled a new spirit since he took over as the Chairman of the darling teams of Kogi State.

“Mallam Adama has improved the teams since he was saddled with the responsibility of sanitising their affairs. The players, coaches, officials and fans are now focused and there is love and co-existence,” he said.
“He has instilled confidence in the whole structure and as a die-hard fan of Kogi Football, it’s a good development, the Edo-Born Business Administration HND Holder stated.”
“The boss has justified the position handed to him by his Excellency Idris Wada and we hope Kogi United gain promotion to the Nigeria Premier League. Don’t also forget that Confluence Queens are in the top five of the Women Football League,” he continued.
He urged the stakeholders of the game in Kogi to rally round the Chairman, so as to make the State the talk of the town in Football.
SL10 reports, Kogi United has earned the reputation as one of the best paid sides in the Nigeria National League. They have risen to 6th in the Pool A ladder.
Confluence Queens also boast of committed players willing to do well in the Nigeria Women Premier League.
The two teams have the strong support of the State Governor Idris Wada, who has made Sport his priority in the Confluence State.
