By Hon. Musa Bakare
Every successful political movement is built on purposeful leadership, strategic organisation, collective commitment, and an unwavering determination to achieve a common objective.
As Nigeria approaches the 2027 general elections, the importance of organised mobilisation, effective communication, and grassroots engagement cannot be overstated.

At the centre of this responsibility stand the Presidential Campaign Council Committee, and in particular, the PCC Support Group, whose organisational commitment and strategic contributions deserve commendation.
Under the distinguished leadership of His Excellency Silas Agara and Hon. Oluwatosin Adeyanju, popularly known as Kaakaki, the group has become a vital platform for strengthening political coordination, consolidating support structures, and expanding grassroots participation in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
Leadership is not merely about occupying an office or bearing an impressive title. It is about accepting responsibility, providing direction, inspiring confidence, and translating collective aspirations into practical achievements.
The assignment before the Support Group demands vision, political maturity, organisational discipline, and a deep understanding of Nigeria’s political environment.
In this regard, the efforts of Silas Agara, Kaakaki, and other leaders in providing direction deserve recognition and encouragement. Political mobilisation requires more than enthusiasm; it demands coordination, patience, consultation, sacrifice, and the ability to bring diverse interests together under one common purpose.
The group’s work in educating Nigerians on government policies, programmes, achievements, and the challenges of the Renewed Hope Agenda has been highly noticeable.
Political advocacy must be driven by facts, constructive engagement, and credible information; not empty slogans and unnecessary confrontation.
The PCC Support Group has distinguished itself through unity of purpose, mutual respect, transparency, and institutional discipline.
Under the leadership of Silas Agara and Kaakaki, there is a clear opportunity to further consolidate and strengthen the group as a coordinated platform for responsible political engagement.
The 2027 presidential election presents an important democratic opportunity for Nigerians to assess the direction of national leadership and make informed choices.
The group has been vigorously explaining the Tinubu administration’s policies, defending its record with verifiable facts, acknowledging public concerns, and communicating its future commitments.
Its focus remains clear: strategic communication, grassroots enlightenment, stakeholder engagement, peaceful political participation, and effective coordination of support structures.
For the PCC Support Group, electoral strength is built through preparation, organisation, and sustained engagement , not political noise.
The tremendous efforts of the group under such distinguished leadership deserve commendation.
The momentum is being consistently maintained and strengthened, the organisational framework expanded, and every grassroots engagement is being positioned to contribute meaningfully to the 2027 democratic process.
